Welcome to Completely Mental Billing. I have nearly 20 years of combined experience working in Medical Billing (Radiology) and working as a Claims Analyst, Claims analyst II, and then a Senior Analyst for a local heath insurance company. Completely Mental Billing started when I noticed while working as a Claims Analyst that mental health professionals were really struggling to get the claims paid or didn’t understand what the denials meant. Since I worked for the insurance company my ability to help was very limited. As I grew through the ranks and my job had become too stressful, the idea of Completely Mental was born and established. I have taken my knowledge from claims processing and turned it into a growing mental health billing company.  Unfortunately at this time I am not able to perform Credentialng services

7% reimbursement rate is for full-service billing.

    • All claims will be followed up on if claim hasn’t been processed in 30 days
    • Claims will be reviewed and verified they were accepted/received by the insurance company.

  • Eligibility
    • Verify and set up eligibility for all New and existing patients.

Hourly Rate Services- $40.00 per hour -No Minimum Monthly Hours
